In this work I intended to challenge the viewers accepted knowledge of our Solar System. Small spherically topped drawing pins are set into the white painted corkboard and form a rudimentary ‘not-to-scale  model of the planets closest to us. Even at their relatively close proximity, the distances are so vast that an accurate model serves no real purpose as to reinforce the scale of our nearest neighbours.
